Many landlords are surprised to find their property in poor condition after a two-year tenant moves out, but with our dedicated cleaning staff, you can rest assured that your property will remain in excellent condition for our guests throughout their stay.

By renting your property for multiple years with Bahy Homes, you can avoid expenses such as deep cleaning, repainting, listing fees, realtor commissions, and multiple months of vacancy. Our ultimate goal is to become the landlord’s last tenant and potentially take over any additional properties they may have.
When you’re ready to sell your investment property for a profit, you won’t need to work around tenants and hope that they leave before the closing date. There’s no need to worry about eviction moratoriums either. Additionally, your property will always be presentable to potential buyers.
We prioritize trust and safety, and to that end, we have implemented several measures to ensure your peace of mind. We install video cameras at the front, side, and back of each unit and have 24-hour surveillance on who is entering and exiting the home. Our noise detector devices inside each unit alerts our local on-site support staff if noise levels exceed a certain decibel level, enabling us to take appropriate action swiftly. In addition, we have installed smart locks on each door that generate a new code for each guest, and all codes are deleted upon checkout for added security.
We employ professional cleaning staff who are dedicated to upholding our high cleaning standards after each stay. Our team is thoroughly trained, has attention to detail, and take immense pride in their work. Whether it’s removing tough stains, sanitizing surfaces, or refreshing the ambiance of each room, our staff has the expertise and dedication to deliver exceptional results.
We like to lease our properties for multiple years (3-5 years). However, if a shorter commitment is preferred, we are happy to offer a 2-year lease with the option to renew.
Here are the basic strict house policies we have in place to ensure no damage occurs to your property:

Please note that if any house rules are broken by the guest, they will be responsible for covering any associated fees. Our team will assist in managing the situation, and the guest may be asked to leave the property immediately if necessary.
Cameras will be installed at the front, side, and back of the house to monitor activity and alert us to noise or high guest traffic. Additionally, we will use automatic door locks that generate and reset unique passcodes for each new check-in. Each guest will receive a personal passcode, and no code will be reused.
Payments will be sent out through our direct deposit. Rent payments are the same as payments from a regular tenant. We may also do wires, Zelle, etc. We pay market rate with a 2-5 year lease agreement. If you are interested in enrolling in Auto Pay, please contact us.
*Auto-Pay is a feature we give to landlords so they will always receive their payment automatically at the beginning, end of the month, or even a day earlier.
We have professional cleaners that will be coming into the property twice a week to make sure your property is maintained in the best conditions. We also have a 24-hour handyman that will be on standby for emergency maintenance problems so the landlord isn’t bothered by any small nuisances.
Your property will be fully furnished with pieces carefully selected by our interior designer to complement the house’s design.
If there are any minor damages we will cover the cost. We will also have insurance that will cover up to $1,000,000 in potential liabilities or damage.
We accommodate for a variety of short-term rental needs, including insurance companies housing families displaced by events like fires, relocation companies, hospital systems for traveling health professionals, and corporate clients needing temporary housing. Additionally, we provide a selection of homes ideal for vacationers, perfect for families or groups of friends seeking a comfortable and relaxing getaway.
